NCAM MEETTING 3/20/18

Dave called the meeting to order.
First on the agenda was that Dave wanted to rename himself to Eric Ritz
and change the name of the Club to the Ritz Crackers..
All kidding aside, Eric takes it with a grain of salt.
Club members did well in Columbus. Tom Kren won 4 awards at the Piston and Power show.
Eric won the Comet Challenge, Todd won Spirit award and Bill Borgen won Best of Show in Columbus
All memberrs applauded.
Detroit show is March 25th
80's Theme had a tie between Al Migchalbrink and his 1984 Corvette and Glenn Marek
and his 1984 512BB Ferrari.
Open was won by Eric Ritz and his 1965 Comet Custom.  Congrats

Dave called the meeting to order
Detroit Custom Car show was last weekend
The New Car show is in Cleveland.
Open was won with Todd Wingerter's 62 Topless Nova
and 70's Theme was won by Jeff Bloomhuff and his 70 Cuda

Dave called the meeting to order.
Speaking of great weather today, car shows will be starting soon.
NNL Nationals #39 is this years, #40 will be the last.
May 5th is the Gathering in Ravenna Library.
Open was a tie by Bill Borgen with his 29 Ford Race of Gentleman with a 40 Ford Flathead 
and Tom Kren with his 1932 Ford 5 Window
60's Theme was won by Doug Gribble and his 60 Chevy.  Congrats

Dave called meeting to order
Dave made mention of You Tube videos of Members works, Hot Rod movies and 
other instructional vids.
Open theme was won by Tom Kren with his 40 Ford Convertible
and the 50's Theme had a tie between Jeff Bloomhuff and his 53 Hudson and
James Tester with his 58 Corvette. Congrats

Dan Gurney passed away.

Buckeye Scale Model has a show in March.
 Open Winner was John Bodner with his Black Force Slammer
and 4 Door Theme was won by a tie
Al Migchalbrink with his 1970 Ford Galaxie and Steve Goldman's
Lindberg Police Charge with Michigan State Police logos

Dave called the meeting to order.

Todays meeting was about the Model of the Year and the Modeler of the Year

The Model of the Year...Drumroll Please.....
Jeff Bloomhuff with his 1969 Charge R/T

and the Modeler of the Year....Drumroll Please....
Eric Ritz

Congrats to both deserving candidates.

Resin Theme was won by Tom Kren with his 1949 Merc and
Open went to James Tester and his 1972 Nissan Skyline
Congrats guys.

Dave called the meeting to order.
The elections took place.
Dave, Steve and Jeff remained in their offices.

Glenn told us that the theme for NNL Toledo will be Rear Engine

Our first meeting of January will be our Model/Modeler of the meeting awardings.

John Bodner won the Open theme with his 37 Ford and
Jeff Bloomhuff won the Mustang Theme with his 1964 Mustang.

Dave called the meeting to order.
We spoke about the upcoming elections and the Model/Modeler of the year awardings
Jeff passed out the theme sheets for next years themes.
We held our gift exchange and went back to social hour.

Ray Blasee won the Open Theme with his 32 Ford with a resin body
and James Tester won the Mopar Theme with his 2009 Dodge Challenger

Dave called the meeting to order

We discussed the upcoming events, The Pizza Party on Dec 5th
Jeff took the tallies for the themes for 2018 and will have the Themes list ready for Dec 5ths meeting
We also discussed about doing our voting for next year

James Tester won the Open Theme with his 2016 Acura NSX
and Tom Neff won the Rat Rod theme with his 1937 Ford

Dave called the meeting to order
Over the past weekend was the Cleveland Model Show in Kirtland
NCAM members did well winning trophies
A round of applause was given.

Eric was at SEMA that weekend and brought us back shirts to raffle off.

Dec 5ths meeting will be our Pizza Party/Parts Swap night

James Tester shared with us some window tint film he found on Hobbylinc

Theme was pickups and we had a 4 way tie

Open went to Todd Wingerter with his 40 Ford Modified
